• If you join the waitlist, we store your email address. That's it.
• No cookies. No tracking pixels. No session recording. No ads.
• You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your email at any time.

Phemous is operated by The Drawline Design Studio, Next Level Ofis 6/A, Çankaya, Ankara, Türkiye. We're the data controller for the personal data described here.

• Waitlist: your email address, which form you used (top or bottom of the page) and, if you arrived through a shared link, the ref code in that link.
• Server logs: like every website, our host processes your IP address, browser type and the time of each request to deliver pages and stop abuse. We don't use this to identify you.

We don't run analytics today. If we add them, they will be cookieless and aggregate only, and we'll update this page first.

• Waitlist emails: to tell you when Phemous opens and send the occasional update before then. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
• Server logs: to keep the site running and secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in doing that (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

• Email: Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), France. Stores the waitlist and sends our emails, on servers in the EU.
• Hosting: Vercel Inc., USA. Serves this website. Transfers outside the EU are covered by the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

We don't sell or share your data with anyone else.

Your email stays on the list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If Phemous never launches, we delete the list. Server logs are kept briefly by our host and then deleted.

Under the GDPR you can:

• see the data we hold about you
• correct it
• have it deleted
• restrict or object to how we use it
• get a copy in a portable format
• withdraw your consent at any time, using the unsubscribe link in any email

Email us and we'll answer within one month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Phemous itself is designed so we never hold your work. It runs on your own AI key, and your progress lives in your own GitHub or Google Drive. We'll extend this page to cover the product before it opens.

Phemous isn't meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your email, we'll tell you by email first.
